Payment is due in full on the day of service for all sick and well child visits. Well-care visits may have to be rescheduled if full payment cannot be made at the time of service.
We will extend a “Flat Fee” to help parents defray out of pocket medical costs for well child visits only for any child with no insurance (self pay). The Flat Fee includes the well child examination and some lab tests. It does not cover the cost of immunizations, or screening forms that may be needed at various ages. The “Flat Fee” does not cover sick child visits.
Self Pay Patients may wish to speak with our Accounts Department for more information. All patients without health insurance are eligible to receive vaccines in our office from the nationally-funded “Vaccines for Children (VFC)” program, at a cost of $21.24 per immunization.
